De Vallois represents a top-of-the-line non-vintage champagne without the expensive price tag associated with name brand champagnes. The contributing grapes are Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs, along with Pinot Noir and Meunier from the Marne region of France.
The champage is dry with an elegant freshness and hints of citrus and cream.
